Custom Costumes & Collaborations (Paid Services)

If you wish to create customized designs—such as dressing the character in your company uniform, featuring unique event-themed attire, or executing co-branded campaigns—we provide bespoke collaboration and design services.

Rates: From MYR 2,000 per character
(Final quotes depend on project scope, design complexity, and distribution scale).

Standard Application & Usage Process (Free of Charge)

1. Submit ApplicationComplete the Application Form below and email it to our team.
2. Review & ApprovalOur team will review your submission and issue an official approval confirmation.
3. Download Assets & Commence UseUpon receiving approval, you will be directed to download the official character assets from our designated webpage.
4. Submit Usage RecordsOnce your project, merchandise, printed materials, or event goes live, please share photos showing the character in use.

Terms & Conditions

• Validity & RenewalThe license is valid for three (3) years from the date the character assets are downloaded. To continue using the character after three years, please submit a renewal application.
• Copyright NoticeWhenever the character is used, you must display the following credit line clearly and legibly: © MischiefWorks, LLC
• Public Showcase of UsagePhotographs and records of your character implementation submitted to us may be showcased as case studies or promotional materials on MischiefWorks, LLC’s official website, social media channels, and public relations materials.

Prohibited Uses

The character must never be used in connection with any of the following:

1. Activities that violate laws, public order, or good morals, or that facilitate, encourage, or glorify illegal/criminal acts.
2. Content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or intended to harass individuals or organizations.
3. Adult/sexually explicit entertainment services or any association with antisocial groups/illicit organizations.
4. Uses that degrade, damage, or compromise the reputation, brand value, or public image of MischiefWorks, LLC or the character.
5. Unauthorized modification, recoloring, or altering of character assets (unless officially produced and approved through our paid collaboration service).
6. Unauthorized redistribution, resale of raw asset files, or attempts to register the character design/name as a trademark or design right.

Note: In the event of any violation of these terms or agreed conditions, MischiefWorks, LLC reserves the right to immediately revoke permission and demand the prompt cessation of use and recall of materials. Furthermore, in cases of severe or willful violations, a contractual penalty (liquidated damages) of MYR 1,000,000 (One Million Malaysian Ringgit) will be charged.
